Class Descriptions

Ballet Fundamentals - No experience necessary. Learn the basics of ballet including positions, steps, and terminology.   


Begining Ballet Technique - 6-12 months of Ballet Fundamentals suggested.  


Intermediate Ballet Technique - minimum of 2 years of Begining Ballet suggested.   


Advanced Ballet Technique - Intended for students with previous years of instruction.

Pointe/Pre-Pointe Strengthening - For Pointe, must be invited by the instructor at Intermediate level of Ballet Technique. For Pre-Pointe Strengthening a minimum of 2 years of Ballet Technique is suggested.

Int Ballet Center Barre - minimum of 2 years of Begining Ballet suggested. Ballet class done solely in the center.

Jazz Funk


Modern - Horton style modern dance class


Tap


Body Conditioning/Dance Conditioning - No experience necessary. Stretching and strengthening of the whole body.

Mat Pilates - No experience necessary. Classical and Contemporary Mat Pilates. Stretching and strengthening of the whole body from the technique of Joseph Pilates. Pilates is a Core/Power-House driven whole body workout.
  
Pilates Reformer/Tower Privates - No experience necessary.  Contact for pricing and availability.


Yoga


Yogalates - Coming soon. Fusion of Yoga positions/stretches and Pilates exercises/stretches

 

Barre Workout/Fitness - Based on Balanced Body Barre


Dress Codes

Ballet/Dance Classes : Dance attire. 

Pilates and Conditioning Classes : Form fitted clothing.


No excessive jewelry or perfume/cologne/lotion. Hair pulled back away from face.

No "Street" shoes allowed on either dance floor.
