Mat Pilates Classes

Classical and Contemporary Mat Pilates - Core/Power-House Full Body workout based on the classical work of Joseph Pilates and the contemporary vision of today. All levels and ages welcome.


Tuesday 11:30am-12:30pm 

Wednesday 9-10am

Thursday 4:30-5:30pm

Friday 9-10am

Body Conditioning / Dance Conditioning / Foam Roller / Stretch

Body Conditioning Pilates/Yoga/Stretching/Strengthening for the whole body. All ages and levels welcome.

Tuesday 11:30am-12:30pm


Foam Roller therapy and workout class. Massage the whole body with core and total body engagement. No experience needed. Must bring a 36" foam roller, or buy one at DAOC boutique.

Wednesday & Saturday 12:30-1:30pm 


Stretch class is for anyone and everyone! Stretch the whole body. No experience needed.

Monday 4:30-5:30pm 

Pilates Reformer/Tower Privates

Pilates one-on-one privates on the Balanced Body Pilates Reformer/Tower combo apparatus.
